Best Rewards Program Overview

Do it Best is a leading hardware brand representing 4000 stores world-wide. The stores are all independently owned hardware and home improvement retailers that are members of Do it Best Corp., the only full-line, full-service buying cooperative in the hardware, lumber and building materials industry. Do it Best Corp. member stores are located throughout the United States and in 50 countries worldwide. They are free to participate in any of the Do it Best Corp programs they have to offer.
Do it Best offers a loyalty program to their members called ‘Best Rewards’ program. Currently, over 450 stores participate in the program. The goal is to drive up member participation in the Best Rewards program and promote store sales, thereby promoting member and customer loyalty.
Participating stores/members sign up customers at their DIB store.
Inte Q collects the data, performs calculations and assigns points to customers based on their purchases. These points are aggregated and when customers that signed up with a member meet the point balance criteria for that specific member, they qualify for rewards that are mailed to them. Current reward mailers expire as follows: Monthly, Annual, Birthday, Mother's and Father's Day as well as Paint expire in 60 days; We Miss You expires in 90 days.
Standard DIY Program
●Monthly: For every 250 points a customer will earn a $5 reward
○Maximum monthly reward of $100 (any remaining points will roll over to the next month)
●Birthday: Any customer who has made a purchase in the last 12 months and has a birth month on file will receive a $5 off $5 reward
●Customers will be able to earn and redeem rewards at any participating Do it Best location in-store and online
●Customers can manage their profile and review their loyalty points and rewards from one account on doitbest.com
●Bonus points: Customers will earn 200 points for signing up
Stores may elect to modify the points earned per dollar on specific items or departments (for example a special order may only earn 1/10 of a point per dollar) or exclude items or departments (zero points per dollar)
Rewards accounts
Customer account numbers for Best Rewards begin with LC+10 digits and generally start with 00 or 000. If the customer provides you an account number that is only numbers, please attempt to look up the account by placing the LC in front of the number they provided you.
Signing up for the program
Membership sign-up is available online and in stores.
Order Materials
If a store calls regarding ordering applications and signage kits, they are available to order through the Member Catalog or they can also be placed by contacting Retail Programs at retail.programs@doitbest.com.
