Creating Tickets
***Tickets will be acted upon in 24-48 business hours for members/stores, 3-5 business days for customers.***If there is an urgent request, after you create a ticket, alert your Supervisor so they can escalate to the Corporate team.


Reasons to create tickets:

*If agent is unable to locate the account

*Non Receipt of Rewards

*Unable to add or locate a receipt

*Combining accounts-doesn't automatically combine

*Update account status (closing an account)

*Update customer type (change to a Veteran)

*Reward Reissue

How to create a ticket:
To manually open a ticket click on the Open Ticket Tab from the Navigation Bar on the Customer Service Log Website. Please fill out the ticket with the following.
Be sure to enter the Member Number (store number) in the Card No: field.
