FIS - FastTrack Point Calculations  

Earning Structure:
- Earn 1 point for ever net dollar spent excluding cash advances, balance transfers and returns.
- Upon qualifying for a reward at either the 500, 1000 or 1500 level, the cardholder will receive a qualifier letter in the mail. The letter includes an order form if the cardholder would like to send this via mail. The cardholder can also contact the call center to place their order at: (888) 257-8365.
- Rewards can be earned up to a maximum of 1500 reward level. If the cardholder spends over 1500, that is the maximum level they can redeem from. They cannot qualify for multiple rewards (i.e. if a customer spends $2000, they can only redeem from the 1500 level. They CANNOT redeem from both the 1500 level and 500 level because they earned 2000 points)

Point Conversion:
Members will earn 1 point for every net dollar spent. Click here to refer to the rewards offered for each level.
For example:
- $600 = 600 points = 500 reward level
- $1200 = 1200 points = 1000 reward level
- $1500 points = 1500 points = reward level (MAX)

Non-Qualifying Purchases:
- Cash advances
- Balance transfers
- Returns
