Program Overview:
FIS is a financial institution credit card processor that processes transactions and produces credit card statements for over 4,000 clients. They will be running ongoing 90-day programs for multiple financial institutions, including small banks and credit unions throughout the U.S. Customers receive a letter asking them to use their card for 90 days (3 months) for qualifying purchases. This program is designed to get customers to use their credit card or increase current spending on their credit card. Customers are randomly selected by their financial institution at a maximum of once a year. They can not be selected more than once a year and they may not be selected every year. The rules are the same for each program with the exception of starting, ending and redemption dates. There is no fee associated with participating in the program; it is free.
NOTE: Customers will probably not know who FIS is. They will only know the financial institution where they received their credit card. You should not mention the name FIS; you should review the PAX inquiry screen and refer to the member's financial institution by name.
Program Features:
- Earn 1 point for every dollar spent in net purchases
- To be eligible for a reward, customers must make at least $500 in purchases on their credit card during the program earning period
- Accounts can apply maximum of $1500 in purchases towards gifts. Any excess does not apply.
- Customers can qualify for 3 rewards levels, each with 7 different rewards to choose from: 500 level, 1000 level, & 1500 level.
- Customers have 90 days (3 months) to redeem their reward after their earnings period has ended
- Only one reward can be earned per account. Customers cannot mix and match across spending levels to choose multiple gift cards
- Once a reward has been ordered, please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery
Enrollment Process:
Fast Track is a "rolling" 90 day program, which means that every 30 days a new program begins. The same customers are NOT re-enrolled every 90 days. Each program start date contains DIFFERENT customers. It at the financial institution's discretion which customers get enrolled for each program. Do not advise the customers to call their financial institution to request re-enrollment.
Non Responder Program:
FIS created this program for card holders that did not respond to the first invite into the program. They wanted to see if they could entice cardholders to use their credit card by offering them a new program with the same offer. It is the same as the original Fast Track rewards program, and offers the same rewards. These members function exactly the same as all other members, they are just in a different group.
Other Rewards Programs
Cardholders may have another regular rewards program attached to their Credit Card. Customers will earn points in the same manner they do for FastTrack, but these points are not related, and are stored separately. Please pay attention to customers when they mention points, statements, cash back, air miles, Scorecard Rewards or anything that does not sound like a Fast Track program. Nicely advise them their card may be enrolled in another program as well, and those points cannot be used for Fast Track. Have them reference their statement from their Financial Institution for more information on how to contact those programs.
Earning Structure:
Cardholders will earn 1 point for every net dollar spent on qualifying purchases.Cash advances and balance transfers do not count toward spending level. Returns credited to the account will be subtracted from the spending total as well. Cardholders must reach a minimum of 500 points to qualify for a reward.
How to Earn:
Once the card holder has accumulated 500 points, they will receive a qualifier letter at the end of their earnings period. They cannot redeem their reward before the earnings period ends. Redemption period for programs begins on the 10th of the next month (i.e. if the program ends October 31st, redemptions will begin November 10th). The max reward level is the 1500 level.
