Refund Rules
CSRs should avoid giving out the original enrollment date as much as possible to prevent escalated calls. You can let them know if they do ask.
Frequency of Billing
Annual – Memberships are billed one time per year
Quarterly – Membership is billed every 90 days
~Billing Descriptors generally start with: *RGI
~CSR can issue the current year's credit on annual members, up until the 10 month of the membership period
~For cancellations done during the 11 month, the membership will cancel at the renewal date, credit will not be issued
If the member absolutely insists, the agent can manually issue the most recent annual billing, and the membership will cancel immediately.
Supervisors/Managers
If a dispute cannot be resolved, Supervisors and Managers may issue ONE additional year, only in extreme circumstances
