.Refer-A-Friend and Refer-An-Agent Calls
· Handle customer or agent referrals. We are Combined Insurance when a customer calls, it is important to be polite, patient, listen carefully to the customer and ensure the customer has a positive experience.
· Follow the Script – Greeting: Thank you for calling Combined Insurance Refer-an-Agent or Combined Insurance Refer-a-Friend, my name is (CSR Name) How may I help you?
· Customers are NOT in CASS/Member IQ, DO NOT attempt to search for them.
· Customers can receive up to $1,000 in Grocery and Dining Coupons for referring someone to Combined Insurance. The referral can be for a new customer or the referral can be for someone that may want to become a Combined Insurance agent.
· You will need to Fill out the Refer-a-Friend/Agent form in CASS/Member IQ and ask for the caller’s name, address, city, state and zip code for mailing of the coupon book along with their phone number and agent name and/or agent code if available. You will also need to take the information for the person they are referring; name, address, city, state, zip, phone number and relationship to the person giving the referral. The information in bold is required or the referral is not valid.
· The caller must provide a customer or agent referral to be eligible for the coupon booklet.
· If the customer states that they gave the referral to their agent; the customer will need to provide us with the referral information they gave to their agent in order to receive the coupon book.
· If an agent calls and states their customer provided them with a referral, the agent must provide the referral and the customer’s information for the customer to receive the coupon book.
· If the customer states they previously provided a referral and have not received the coupon book, take the customer’s information and referral information again and make a note on the form. Tell the customer you will submit the information again.
· If a customer has questions regarding their Combined Insurance Policy, direct them to call Combined Insurance Customer Service at 1-800-225-4500.
