Convenient Care Plus provides a necessary solution to a problem that more and more Americans face each day: accessing quality, affordable healthcare.
o Convenient Care Plus membership removes the financial burden of high healthcare costs and, with several options to choose from, there is a plan to fit the needs of all families
o Their role is to provide a solution that allows people to seek healthcare when they need it not when they can afford it.
o Services are provided to members.
o When members are sick they can call the toll-free number and choose to speak directly to a doctor, or to speak to a representative who will direct them to one of the many convenient network Clinics.
o Once directed to the clinic members can quickly be seen by a doctor.
o Members are offered plans ranging from no out of pocket costs to $30 visit fee.

Member wants to visit a clinic
Ø Copy members’ zip code and go to find a clinic under members’ information. Paste zip code and do a 10 mile radius from the members zip code and hit search
If clinic found-Follow the script provided
· Select the clinic from the CRM and make sure they have a fax number and also check their hours and make sure that the clinic is opened
· Place member on hold and call the clinic to check availability and if appointment is needed set them up if not let them know we are sending the member their way and will fax the needed letter their way
· If Clinic needs to speak with member to set up the appointment please tell the clinic thank you and you will have the member call them and you will proceed to fax over the payment details.
