o "Is there anything else that I can do to assist you? (Yes or No)
o Have I answered all your questions and satisfactorily resolved everything for you today? (Yes or No) If No: What can I assist you with?
o If you have any further questions, please call us at 1-800-517-4550 and we will immediately take care of you."
If the customer responds “No” above and it is refund related, provide the refund
