FIS - FastTrack Scorecard Program

FastTrack Scorecard differs from FastTrack in that this program does not send a qualifier letter with the selection rewards from which to choose, but rather, the cardholder receives a letter stating that their points are available to redeem through Scorecard and to view their rewards website to view their point balance and browse the award catalog.
Member calls in to redeem but their account shows that they have already placed an order. The screen will look like this:
- You will see the date when reward was ordered
- The order # will be 9900999
- PB # in top left of cardholder's account begins with "50”

No need for ticket, just inform customer that they are in the scorecard program and unfortunately, we don’t have any information on this program.
Instruct customer to visit their rewards website to view their point balance and browse the rewards catalog.
