FIS - Fast Track - Terms and Conditions

-To be eligible for your free reward, you must make at least $500 in purchases on your CREDIT card during the program earning period noted on your welcome letter. Your spending level is determined by each dollar in net purchases posted on your credit card account during the program period. Any associated returns credited to your account will be subtracted from your spending total.
-Reward redemption occurs after program end. If you qualify for a reward at that time, you will automatically be sent redemption information. To be eligible for the FastTrack program, your account must be open and in good standing (as further explained in your Cardholder Agreement) at the time reward qualification is determined.
-Each account can apply a maximum of $1,500 in purchases toward gifts. Any excess does not apply. Only one reward can be earned per account and you must choose your reward from the one spending level we advise you that you have earned (i.e., $500, $1,000 or $1,500). You cannot mix and match across spending levels to choose multiple rewards. Cardmembers with multiple credit card accounts qualifying for the FastTrack program cannot combine FastTrack spending to achieve high spending levels. Cardmembers cannot combine FastTrack points with any other reward points.
-Damaged reward merchandise may be exchanged; instructions will be included with the item packing slip. All exchanges are the responsibility of the reward provider, Hinda Incentives. Fidelity National Card Services, Inc., your financial institution or association assumes no responsibility or liability for same. Gift certificates are not returnable or refundable. No credit extensions of response time will be given if a gift is not selected within the redemption period. FastTrack gifts are not redeemable for cash or credit.
