CorSelect is a membership program, offered to CorTrust Credit Card Customers.

Benefits are:
· Car Rental Discounts
· Wyndham Hotel Discounts
· Everyday Savings and Values

Cost of the Program
· $4.95 or $5.95 per month
· Old members were billed $4.95, but the price has increased for new members to $5.95
· Members are billed to their CorTrust Credit Card
· Billing is done on the CorTrust end and members must contact the bank for billing/cancellation questions


IMPORTANT NOTES:
o Members NEED to create NEW Usernames/password
o Most customer did not have an existing email on file
o Letters were sent to the members
o IF customer service gets a call with a member that is having trouble logging in, they probably did not create a new username and password on the new website. Please direct them to the URL, and provide them with their membership id, so the can “Register” on the website.
Customer Service Responsibilities:
· Answer benefit questions
· Assistance with the website
· Cancellation should be transferred to CorTrust Customer Service
· Billings/Credit inquires should be transferred to CorTrust Customer Service
