****Update 1-22-2019 - A fulfillment issue was identified that caused delays in orders submitted between Oct 20,2018 through Jan 17, 2019. The solution has been put in place. Please do not open a new ticket for any unshipped order still pending if the order was placed within this time period until after March 1st.
