Best Rewards Customer Point Calculations Per Store

Program Features:
¨ Customers enroll by registering at their local store for FREE
¨ Earn 1 point for every dollar spent in net purchases at any participating Do it Best store. ***Stores may elect to modify the points earned per dollar on specific items or departments (for example a special order may only earn 1/10 of a point per dollar) or exclude items or departments (zero points per dollar)
¨ Any returns are deducted from point balance
- Rewards are issued monthly depending if customer spent the minimum as required by their store (you can look at the Participating Member Spreadsheet)
¨ Rewards expire 60 days from date of issuance with the exception of the We Miss You mailer, which has a 90 day expiration date
¨ An account will be marked Inactive if there is no account activity over a period of 1 year at any time since enrollment (12 consecutive months). Once a transaction is made, the account will be marked as Active
¨ Points expire after 12 months of inactivity
