The February Rewards were sent out a week late. They will start getting in homes around 4/3-4/4 (majority should be in home by 4/8-4/9).

Preferred Stores
When you see Preferred Store 6790 - Do It Best on the member record this means they make most of their purchases online, so they do not have a preferred store. When a customer calls with any reward issues you would need to create a ticket and escalate to our team and not send the customer to a store.


Example: Customer enrolled online and makes most of their purchases on at doitbest.com

Points Reminder
Stores may elect to modify the points earned per dollar on specific items or departments (for example a special order may only earn 1/10 of a point per dollar) or exclude items or departments (zero points per dollar)

Redeeming a Reward Card Online
The highlighted information is what the customer will need to enter to redeem online, they can enter either the “online promo code” (6 digits) or the number under the barcode (12 digits). In order to be able to apply a reward, they have to be logged into their account and that account has to be linked to their rewards account as they perform the Reward Validation before applying the reward to the order.
