Note: FYI – I have received a few cases of store Genesis users who have successfully setup their user credentials, but then receive an ‘email address not found’ message when attempting to log back in at a later time. When this happens, please have them confirm they are using the full HTTPS in the site URL: https://genesis.inteqinsights.com/login. That seems to resolve it.
