Announcement Letter
Cardholder receives letter welcoming them to the program. Along with this letter, the cardholder also receive the full brochure showing the different items in each level.
Brochure
Self-Mailer
The self mailer is sent to the cardholder as a reminder to use their card for the program. They will receive 2 of these postcards in the mail during the program time. The participant ID is usually listed in the middle below the program dates. The Financial Institution name is usually in the top left corner. The last 4 of the card enrolled in the program are not listed.
Qualifier Letter
The qualifier letter no longer includes a full brochure as it has been in the past. It only includes the redemption items available to the customer from the level they've achieved. If the cardholder does not spend a minimum of $500, they will not receive this letter.
